Sourced from the Acetaia’s organic Trebbiano and Lambrusco vineyards, Acetaia San Giacomo’s Condimento is a reduced grape must that has been subjected to 7 types of wood, ambient bacteria, darkness, and time. Forget everything you know about so-called ‘aged balsamic.’

Ingredients: Organic acetified cooked grape must from local varietals. Acetified in oak barrels. May contain natural sulfites, not added. Does not contain colorants, preservatives and thickeners.
