Fabrique Délice’s fresh Bistro Sausage includes a combination of Herbes de Provence, white wine, coriander, nutmeg and caraway, creating a complex and delicious flavor. These French-style sausages are enclosed in a natural lamb casing and made with antibiotic and hormone-free fatty pork from Neiman Ranch, who feed their pigs with an all-veggie diet.Great for the summer heat, Chipolatas are generally a thinner sausage and perfect when used in a sandwich on a French or ciabatta bread roll. 
Ingredients: pork, onion, white wine, salt, herbs de provence (spices), black pepper, spices (allspice, coriander, nutmeg, carraway), natural lamb casing.
