About Coconut Flavoring Powder

This desiccated coconut flavoring powder was originally designed for gelato and ice cream, and then was extended to a broader pastry application. From the Sulu Island in the Philippines, this powder has a nice and gentle granulation under the tongue. Because of the high fat content of the coconut it can be used on macarons, tuiles, soufflés, or subbed for flour in a crumble. Usage ratio 100g per kilogram of base.
Ingredients: Dried coconut milk, dried glucose syrup, dried coconut, maltodextrin, milk protein, flavoring. Contains milk products. May contain traces of nuts, soy, eggs and cereals containing gluten.
