Macro Meringue / Egg White Powder

The Pastry 1 Meringue powder is a pasteurized, powdered egg white used for the production of meringues. It may be colored with water soluble or gel colorants. Excellent for French macarons, coconut macaroons, Marshmallows, soufflés and all kinds of egg white preparations.
Mix 100 gm of powder with 1 liter of water for the Egg white base. Use the same recipe as fresh Egg Whites. Very cost effective!
