Espelette, Piment Spice

This AOC powder takes its origin from the town of Espelette and is cultivated in the Basque Country of the department of Pyrénées- Atlantiques. Used often in Basque cuisine in place of black pepper, Piment d’Espelette is mildly spicy with a sweet, fruity and smoky flavor.
