Essex Feta is REAL – made exclusively from hand milked Lesbian breed sheep, whose shepherds retain a millennia old practice of grazing them on the sun-and-sea splashed hills on the Greek island of Lesbos. This is what Feta is supposed to be: supple, not too salty, with a long milky finish.
