Typical cheeses from Sardinia are mostly made on a huge scale by commodity makers – NOT SO with this Fiore Sardo!
Cheeses are crumbly but RICH with a balanced acidity and a funky edge from the use of lamb rennet. Wheels are lightly smoked with the bark of a local cork tree.
Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk cheese (organic), rennet, salt.
