About Dijon Mustard

The Burgundians have had the well merited reputation of being fine gourmets: A land of vineyards, Burgundy has always furnished the numerous mustard makers in Dijon with new wines and vinegars. Milled with traditional millstones and age-old techniques, using high quality raw materials (Brassica seed, verjus and spices), Fallot mustards are well known to be the very best. Today we are happy to add Fallot mustards and vinegars to our Gourmet selection.
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, antioxidant: potassium metabisulphite, acid: citric acid, spice.
