Pembe is the White chocolate from the brand new Cacao Noel Boutique line. Produced with the finest quality African beans, the extreme purity of the cocoa butter allows the creaminess of the high milk content to stand out. The aromatic profile of this intense white couverture with 35% milk is described as cream, milk, butter, vanilla and biscuit.
Ingredients: Cane sugar, milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla. Contains: milk, soy.
Storage: Dry and cool (68- 72ºF, 20- 22ºC)
