Cow's milk, triple creme, bloomy rind, aged 20 days

Made from local milk sourced from Amish farmers, Trillium has been our goto triple crème for several years – and our sales on this little cube of perfectly pert butterfat sometimes outpace its French counterparts! A slam dunk on a cheese plate, Trillium is also awesome roasted or bruleed.
Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, cream salt, rennet (vegetarian friendly), calcium chloride, cultures.
