Briar Rose Creamery was built from the ground up, and is surrounded by rivers, forests, and farmlands. Everything is hand-made from start to finish to achieve the best flavor and texture, as well as highlight the seasonal qualities of their small batch cheeses.
Briar Rose's Fromage Blanc is made with organic Ayrshire cow's milk. The texture is similar to a fresh chevre, with sweet, yeasty notes and a hint of citrus and sour cream. A fantastic alternative to cream cheese in a 5 pound package.
