Humble was the first cheese we ever tasted from Parish Hill Creamery and this year we’re getting the cheese at a really exciting age. Typically, we don’t see Humble until its 6 months or more, but after tasting the first batches at around 2 months we knew we wanted to get started sooner! The cheeses are plump and bright and have a very pronounced fruitiness.
Special note: Peter and Rachel were awarded the Slow Cheese Resistance award at the Slow Food International Cheese festival in Bra!
