About Irish Mixed Seed Crackers
If you’ve been to Ireland and you love cheese, chances are you’ve drooled over the counters at one of Sheridans Cheese-mongers’ four locations. These folks are synonymous with specialty items from Irish producers, so it was brilliant when they teamed up with local baker Richard Leigh to create the perfect cracker to accompany cheese. Handmade using only Irish stone-ground flours, buttermilk and butter—all from local Irish farmers—these simple and fresh ingredients make for incredibly flavorful and completely distinct tastes and textures in three types of crackers: Brown Bread, Mixed-Seed, and Rye and Linssed.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour and butter from bandon co-op in county cork, with linseeds, sesame and poppy seeds baked in to the mix
