This cream cheese-like spread is made within the Murcia region of Spain with the same rich and fatty milk used for our Manchego. When aged the milk boasts spicy and herbaceous flavors, but this fresh counterpart showcases a sweeter side, a delicate tang and nutty sweet finish. MitiCrema is a perfect when used in sandwiches, salads, tarts, mousse, with chestnut honey, or an elegant olive oil, pinch of salt and a few twists of the pepper mill.
