About Paski Sir
Origin: Pag Island, Croatia
Milk Type: Sheep
Treatment: Pasteurized
Mouthfeel: Dense & Crystalized

The Croatian Island of Pag has gusty ocean crosswinds and very little vegetation, yet for generations sheep have grazed here for the production of Paški Sir. Cheesemaker Nendad has been making cheese here for 15 years and works alongside the petit native sheep that graze on the saltwater-kissed grasses found tucked along the Island hills.
They produce very little milk that is packed with rich flavor.
Ingredients: 51% milk fat in dry matter. Pasteurized sheep's milk, cheese cultures, salt, rennet. Aged 1 year sheep's milk cheese.
