About Pear Williams Puree
Ravifruit works in partnership with local growers in the Rhone Valley and farmers of exotic fruits abroad. They are involved in all aspects of the fruit production chain, from orchard to finished product. The fruit is only picked at the peak of ripeness, when the sugar content reaches its specified level. Once harvested, the fruit is immediately processed and frozen to allow preservation of their organoleptic qualities.
The purée is unpasteurized, 90% fruit, 10% beet sugar. No colorings, flavorings or preservatives are ever used!
Ingredients: Pear Williams puree 90%, sugar 10%, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifying agent: citric acid.
