We don’t sell Swiss Raclette. We don’t sell French. Reading is our one-and-only. It’s inspired by and made according to its French equivalent, but sports a drier more workable rind. These wheels are made with raw Jersey cow’s milk, bear a natural washed rind, and are aged for at least 3 months. We adore this cheese for MANY reasons, but especially want you to know that it melts like a dream and is equally flawless on a cheese plate. All proceeds go to Spring Brook Farm’s Farms for City Kids Foundation, a week long program teaching city kids how to help and care for farm animals, make maple syrup, and aid in aging cheese!
